ABOUT THE BRAND
ENABLE is a play on the word INABEL, an indigenous hand-loomed textile produced in small batches from the Northern provinces of the Philippines where this enterprise was born.
It is our hope to make INABEL more accessible, popular, and wearable by incorporating it into contemporary, versatile pieces that can be worn more often--whether in casual or semi-formal settings.
More importantly, ENABLE THE BRAND aspires to enable local, small-batch makers and artisans in the Philippines, to sustain their livelihoods through collaboration in producing slow, eco-conscious fashion, while promoting our local crafts, artistry, and indigenous culture. We hope that with your patronage, we will be able to sustain more loom-weaving communities, as well as dressmakers and artisans, in the Philippines.
Enable our local industry and communities,
ENABLE THE BRAND.

WHY CHOOSE US
Here at ENABLE, we strive to integrate fair and kind treatment of people, animals, and the planet in our production and business processes.
VALUE FOR MONEY
At ENABLE, we prioritize using better-quality materials to make versatile garments that last longer than usual, without sacrificing style.
We don't encourage you to buy more but to shop more consciously for quality pieces that will last longer so you don't need to buy again, giving you value for your money.
LOCAL
Not only are we Ilocano-owned, we also pride ourselves in partnering with homegrown talents and artisans, such as our indigenous textile weavers, local patternmakers and dressmakers, even down to our packaging and label makers, to support the local economy in the Philippines.
Each garment is mindfully handsewn by time-tested and hard-working Filipino sewers and dressmakers in Luzon (in their own homes, not in factories) and whom are paid fairly.
ECO-CONSCIOUS
We produce each garment in batches of limited quantities with only a maximum of 10 designs per collection to avoid overproduction and unwanted inventory; while scrap fabrics are upcycled into the next collection or next production run to minimize textile waste.
We also strictly adhere to only using textiles made of natural fibers which decompose faster.
